TROPHY RIDGE React One Pro - Dovetail - Sight
The
TROPHY RIDGE React One Pro will definitely exceed and change the demands of most
archers. After all, what you know so far from a single-pin sight will be clearly
surpassed.
The adjustability in the second and third axis leaves nothing
to be desired in the usual TROPHY RIDGE manner. The side and height adjustments
are done via click adjustments with a reliable locking option and highest
precision. The special feature of the React One Pro, however, is the scale on
which the different distances can be marked and read. There are luminous
fiberglass pins that indicate the individual points, so even at dusk the scale
can be read without any problems.
The sight housing itself has a
screwable ring, allowing a 1.75" lens (not included) to be placed in the sight.
The pin built into the sight is available in 2 diameters - 0.010 or 0.019" - and
is fully protected inside the housing. For poor lighting conditions or at dusk,
the pin and scale can of course be illuminated via an additional sight light
(included).
The whole construction of the React One Pro is extremely
robust and is made of 100% aluminum with stainless steel screws. The Dovetail
version also has a quick-release system, where the sight is not screwed directly
to the bow, but is mounted with an additional bracket on the riser. This bracket
(mounting block) keeps the sight flexible and allows it to be fixed further
forwards or backwards. If required, it can also be removed quickly. Another
advantage is that the sight can be better aligned with the Peep Sight to always
ensure optimal aiming. The further forward the sight is positioned, the more
precise the shots will be.
REACT-Technology
There is no easier way to adjust a pin sight. With
the REACT Technology, the sight can be adjusted to different distances faster
than ever before, as the sight already "knows" most of them. The distances of
the scale are variable and so precisely calculated and selected that they always
automatically have the exact distances for other respective distances.
And this is how easy it is:
- First set the pin to 20 yards using the micro-adjustable side
and height adjustment,
- Then adjust the same pin to e.g. 40 yards distance
and align the scale to it
- Now all other points on the scale are
automatically set to longer distances (up to 100 yards).
The function of
the React technology is designed for bows with an arrow speed of 265-330 fps. At
higher or lower values, the correct automatic pin setting cannot be ensured.
