Shooting book for archers
From practice for practice: Shooting book for archers
The personal shooting book is an invaluable training aid that archery coaches love and demand from their protégés. Now a book has been published based on practical training experience that makes it easier for archers to keep training records. The well thought-out and structured layout helps archers and coaches in their work.
Bert Mehlhaff, multiple state and German champion with the recurve bow, presents the "Shooting book for archers", a tried and tested training diary for the first time, which makes recording what archers often find tiresome almost a pleasure.
Brief description / blurb:
The personal shooting diary is one of the most important tools for every archer to document their equipment, material, tuning and training.
Many coaches demand it, but for most archers, keeping a shooting log is often more of an annoying evil.
This shooting book was developed by a successful archer and coach and makes this unloved duty almost a pleasure:
A detailed bow passport collects all the technical details of your own equipment along with materials and accessories. Measured values such as draw length, draw weight, stand height and sight settings also find their place in this book alongside data on arrows and tuning.
Two-page, comprehensive training logs make up the majority of the shooting book. Here the shooter can record his training results as well as data such as weather, personal condition, number of shots and malfunctions.
The structured layout enables the archer to quickly find the desired information and thus forms a good basis for optimal training.
