With its new Hawk bow line, SPIDERBOWS presents a real all-rounder in the field of take-down recurve bows. A year of development work and many test shots were completed to produce a (hunting) bow that is suitable for all archers, whether women, men or young people. The middle section is equipped with a more delicate grip that fits perfectly in the hand and immediately conveys a pleasant yet binding feeling. The middle section is therefore suitable for both delicate and stronger hands. In combination with the matching limbs, the 15, 17, 19 or 21 inch long centerpieces result in a very fast and precise hunting recurve with excellent throwing characteristics. In the SRF Design version, the risers are kept heavier, about 20% heavier than the regular Hawk risers. This gives the bow even smoother shooting characteristics and increased precision.
The riser is made from highly stable, sustainable SRF wood in cocobolo, curly birch or rosewood design. Sustainability is achieved through the use of European woods, which not only get their beautiful design through a special treatment, but also gain in stability and weight. Without additional inlays or other materials, this creates a vibration-free centerpiece that impresses with absolute precision.
The Hawk Competition limbs are the predestined tournament limbs in the Hawk series. The limb fits all Hawk centerpieces. Its core of high-performance bamboo is flanked on the outside by a solid 3K visible carbon and the special black Spiderbows glass on the inside. This limb offers maximum torsional stiffness and is particularly light and fast thanks to the carbon. In addition, the Hawk Competition limbs can be pulled really smoothly, even with long Draw lengths, and offer excellent precision.
